Refuge Calvary Chapel – Vietnam Missions Statement

“We have been commissioned by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, to “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations”. During previous visits to Vietnam, not only did we encounter a church body with an eagerness to increase their understanding of the Gospel; but we also found a church body burning with a desire to share the knowledge of the saving grace of the Gospel with a dying world. Our mission to the church in Vietnam is to “enable them” to fulfill the calling that God has placed on their hearts. Our role in Vietnam is to be “senders”, by providing the resources “they” so badly need to train and equip missionaries and pastors to do missionary work, in Vietnam and throughout Southeast Asia. We are working with X Tribal Pastors in the northern part of the country, to build training centers and housing that will be used in missionary and pastoral training. In the south of Vietnam, we will be funding evangelical outreaches with the Music and Dance team.”
